New Planning Application
On Monday 16th November Parish Councillors will be discussing PA26/06410: Outline planning application with all matters reserved except access, for the construction of up to 52 dwellings, public open space and associated infrastructure.
The applicant wants to obtain permission in principle to build the houses but almost every other detail (materials, layout, size and shape of houses, parking spaces, street lighting etc.) will be decided a later date. It’s important to understand this as it’s all Parish Councillors are being consulted upon.
