Residents’ chance to enjoy a ‘safer’ Cornwall
MORVAL Parish residents are being urged to join in other communities across Cornwall by taking part in the County Council’s ‘Safer Cornwall, Have Your Say, Survey’.
Open until the end of the month, the survey can be viewed, and completed, here.
Hosted by the Council’s ‘Let’s Talk Platform’, Lisa Grigg, the county’s Communities Support Assistant officer, is encouraging everyone to have their say.
“The results will directly inform the review of our Partnership Plan in the autumn so it’s important that we get a good cross-section of demographics and viewpoints,” she said.
“We’d love to keep the numbers above 1,000 this year after getting such a good response rate in 2024.”
Safer Cornwall’s vision is that Cornwall’s communities feel safe and are safe for everyone who lives, works and visits here.
The organisation uses a wide range of information to help the County Council understand what issues are having the most impact on community safety and it then pledges to work together to effectively address those issues and to deliver what is needed to keep the people of Cornwall safe – on the streets and in the workplaces, schools and homes.
“Your views are important to us,” said Lisa, “they will help us to provide the right services for everybody.”
The survey can be completed here.
