South East Cornwall Services Survey
I want to make sure that the views of people across South East Cornwall are properly reflected in my work as their MP, including those who may not be able to complete an online survey. I believe parish councils are well placed to help us reach as many residents as possible. You will shortly receive a printed copy of the survey, along with stamped return envelopes. I would be very grateful if you could make the paper surveys available to residents who would prefer to complete a physical copy. This could be through your parish office, usual community networks, parish meetings, newsletters or other appropriate channels. Residents can complete the survey and return it to the parish council. Once you have received the completed surveys, I would be grateful if you could send them together to my constituency office using the enclosed stamped envelope. I have also attached a PDF version of the survey should you wish to print additional copies.
