Planning appeal over new homes bid
CORNWALL Council’s decision to oppose the change of use of holiday lodges into market dwellings, on land adjacent to the Snooty Fox, will be challenged at a planning inquiry later this month.
An inspector, appointed by the Secretary of State, will hear evidence at Liskeard Town Council’s offices on Wednesday, September 25 from both the planning authority and the applicants, Mr and Mrs Michael Tudor, of Tudor Lodges, Morval.
The informal hearing is scheduled to start at 10.00 am at 3-5 West Street, Liskeard.
Anyone who believes that they are affected by the proposal can attend the hearing and, at the inspector’s discretion, give their views.
There will also be the facility to join the appeal on-line, and further information about that process is available from Cornwall Council Development Management Service’s senior development officer Claire Broughton on Truro (01872) 322 222 or by e-mail at: planningappeals@cornwall.gov.uk.
The planning application number is PA22/04688.
